SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order online there is the option to select installation at Fakenham, Norfolk or delivery to your home address.

Orders will be dispatched the next working day when items are in stock. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to confirm estimated delivery dates.

At Car Seats Plus, we offer free UK Next Day shipping on all orders over £50. Shipping costs for orders under £50 will be calculated at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Car seats purchased and installed face to face are not eligible for returns, and can only be returned if they develop a manufacturing fault, not because you have changed your mind.

If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase from us then you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. All items being returned must be in perfect condition with their original packaging, labels attached and include all original manuals etc.

• Car Seat and Pushchair Returns: We will arrange the return on your behalf, and the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund at a fee of £15.00 per parcel. Any missed collections for returns will incur an additional cost of £15.00 per parcel. The fee for returns from Northern Ireland is £25 per parcel, with an additional £25 per parcel for missed collections.

• Accessory Returns: For accessories (such as seat protectors, mirrors, sunshades and other pushchair accessories), the return shipping fee is £5.00.

We are not obliged to accept returns if the above is not adhered to.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which can take up to 10 days for some payment methods.
